Dancers Unite Against Cancer 2013
On Saturday, June 1 I will be participating in Dancers Unite Against Cancer, an event I co-founded five years ago with my dear friend Joline in honor of her mother, Nancy Falco. Dancers Unite Against Cancer is a community dance event that unites the Atlanta dance community while raising money for the Nancy Falco Fund.
The Nancy Falco Fund will donate 100% of the profits from Dancers Unite Against Cancer to a family that is currently battling cancer and the strains that it brings emotionally, physically and financially.
We may not be able to cure cancer yet, and we may not be able to make a difference for every family who is suffering right now, but we can make a difference in the lives of one Atlanta family this year.
Please join me on June 1 at 5pm at The Defoor Centre (1710 Defoor Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318) for an evening of dance, food, friends, fun, giving and sharing!
